I'm Mario, the owner of La Picchiera apartments.
Years ago, my wife Daniela and I bought this splendid country house, which we then renovated according to our needs. The renovation of the last rooms has recently been completed, from which we have obtained two independent apartments complete with equipped kitchens.
The photovoltaic system we have installed on the roof of our house supplies the
heating, the induction hobs and all the appliances with electricity.
Children are welcome to our property!

The apartments are located in a recently renovated centenary house, located in the open countryside and immersed in the Nebbiolo da Barolo DOCG vineyards. From here it is possible to easily reach several renowned wineries in the area, or the famous "city of 100 towers": Alba.
The area is very quiet as the road that runs alongside the farmhouse ends a few tens of meters from
our property.
